āThe journey to lifelong reading starts on a parentās lap.ā
This week our students got the sweetest surpriseāthey had no idea a parent would be visiting their class to read! Each class welcomed one special guest reader, and the excitement was priceless as students tried to guess whose parent it might be.
Huge thanks to our amazing Parent and Family Engagement Specialist, Diana Rodriguez, for coordinating this wonderful event, and to our families for helping us celebrate National Parent Involvement Day.
